Looking at the roadmap, actual deliver will happen 2nd half of 2022. so if you want to get in early, this (Jan 7th as of writing time) maybe not a bad time.
They also plan to have a staking system, lending tank system.
The risk factor here is the size of demand which basically means “Is the game fun enough to sustain the game economy with the enough size of players to either want to go through NFT purchasing process to make his/her life living off playing fortress?”
It seems like the community vibe doesn’t seem too good but it’s still pretty early
